Currently recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturer in Leicestershire who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, daily household products to us all up and down the country.
Having worked with this business for a number of years I know for a fact this role will be fast paced and exciting but you'll be well grounded reporting to a sensational Technical Manager.
I am looking for a Compliance Coordinator/Officer to join the team of experienced and knowledgeable foodies.
This role will vary but typically see you responsible for some of the below tasks:
Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and inspections.
Stay updated on the ever changing food industry regulations.
Train staff on compliance procedures & support with training the wider teams.
Assist in completing and maintaining regulatory documentation.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
Maintain all relevant records.
Collaborate with teams on corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Experience working a similar role within the food manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, SQF) would be ideal
