Responsibilities

* Developing and overseeing a comprehensive compliance monitoring system for all airport departments.

* Conducting regular internal and external audits to identify and address any compliance gaps.

* Managing the response to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) oversight and ensuring timely resolutions.

* Delivering compliance training to staff and promoting a culture of safety.

* Streamlining audit processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

* Championing the company's change management process and ensuring its proper implementation.

* Monitoring airside operations, including third-party suppliers, for adherence to regulations.

* Providing insightful reports on airport performance and recommending improvements for continued compliance.

* Staying updated on CAA regulations and advising management on potential impacts.

* Collaborating with the Safety and Security Manager on incident investigations.

* Maintaining document control procedures and safeguarding the airport environment.

Requirements

* In-depth knowledge of aerodrome operations and regulations.

* Proven track record of achieving compliance in an aviation environment.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* A strong focus on detail and a commitment to safety.

* Experience working with the CAA or other regulatory bodies.

* Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.

* Experience in delivering training programs.
