Are you a compliance Manager, from a maintenance and social Housing background, with a minimum knowledge base of Gas and Asbestos. If so, Moxie People are partnered with a fantastic Social Housing Provider that puts their people first and has won awards to demonstrate this.

Moxie are seeking a Compliance Manager eager to advance their compliance career within the social housing sector. You will lead a small team to deliver an exceptional cyclical maintenance compliance service, ensuring it is cost-effective, complies with legislation, and meets the needs of fantastic Social Housing provider, wanting to do great things in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cyclical maintenance contracts are re tendered to provide best practices and VFM.
Line manage 2 x compliance officers, plus 1 x compliance administrator
Oversee contractors to establish, communicate, monitor, and maintain performance levels
including organising and documenting regular contract meetings.
Provide an asbestos and Gas compliance service, ensuring adherence to legislation and HSE guidelines, following the asbestos management plan.

About You:

Experience working within the social housing housing sector
Experience with Asbestos management P405, and Gas compliance
Are you passionate about compliance, data and its critical role in maintaining a high-quality compliance service.
Capable of building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Experienced in managing cyclical maintenance for residential properties.
be willing to undergo a basic DBS
