Compliance Manager

Description:

Equans is looking for an Compliance Manager to join our team in Hatfield with frequent travel to sites across London, the South & East of England. This is a permanent role working full time hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company car and benefits package.

Overview:

To lead on adherence to scheme delivery requirements in line with funding and accreditation requirements and maintaining necessary associated accreditations.

This role will be responsible for collating, validating and preparing PAS 2030:2019 compliance paperwork to Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, operating within contractual deadlines to ensure compliance.

What will you deliver?

* Management of PAS2030 Compliance Team

* Ownership of internal and external auding process for national accreditation

* Lead on producing of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2030 process

* Working closely with all stakeholders in line with the main contract programmes

* Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and pass this knowledge onto the wider regional team.

* Lead on compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.

Who are we looking for?

* Full Driving Licence and comfortable driving to a variety of sites as required

* Proven track record of learning new processes/ adapting to new ways of working

* Prior experience delivering work under Government led incentive scheme

* Proven track record of working to deadlines

* Understanding that compliance failure will result in loss of revenue to the business.

* Keen eye for detail

* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Exceptionally literate in MS Office applications

* Excellent understanding of PAS2030 and PAS2035

* Possess a pro-active approach to work

* Relevant Health & Safety Training

* Managerial experience
