National ( with occasional international travel to Europe and Far East )

£135,000 - £145,000 + 20% performance related bonus + 4% pension contribution + Company benefits

In this role you will be a valued, senior leader at the forefront of various teams, with the purpose of embarking on the development and implementation of Technology, risk management and compliance frameworks, making a difference, adding value to clients and the business as a whole.

This role would suit a Compliance Director looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a global organisation with autonomy to lead and work across cultures and borders

THE ROLE:

Drafting, implementing and introduction of technology, risk and compliance procedures in line with regulatory and operational requirements
Collaborating with other Senior leaders national and globally, providing an independent, commercial assessment of risks, assisting the business to ensure adequate and effective controls are implemented
Building and developing risk management and compliance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage governance and risk management personnelTHE PERSON:

Compliance Director (10 direct reports)
Experience implementing cyber securities within fintech
Experience implementing cyber techniques to assess risk and new technologies
Knowledge of Cybok
Comfortable with national and international travel
