About the role

In this role, you will support the ongoing compliance and insurance requirements across DFDS UK&I, ensuring that drivers, vehicles and equipment meet internal policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with depots, Transport Managers and the Compliance & Insurance Team to monitor records, identify issues and ensure actions are followed through.

Please note - This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months, working Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.

You will be responsible for

Monitoring internal compliance systems, reviewing driver, vehicle and equipment records and identifying any anomalies or areas requiring attention.

Manage and maintaining compliance documentation, including requesting, checking and organising driver and agency documentation and completing routine file reviews.

Producing and distribute compliance reports to DFDS depots, collating information from teams and providing accurate updates to the management team.

Supporting insurance and claims activity, ensuring incidents and claims are reported appropriately, information is gathered, and key updates are communicated to the Compliance & Insurance Team Manager.
