We have a role as a Compliance Coordinator to join one of the largest FM businesses in the UK and across the pond into America looking after a brand new contract win with a brand new team. This role offers excellent opportunity for future progression with all eyes on this new site. You will be part of a team of 4 on this site. The Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in managing building maintenance assets, validating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities, and reporting compliance performance. This role requires a meticulous approach, technical savvy, and the ability to liaise effectively with site teams and central technical support.
