Description:
My local authority client in Nottinghamshire are looking to bring on an interim compliance and safety manager for a 3 month contract, with a view to extend.
Main duties of the role:
Ensuring the compliance and building safety of the housing stock by overseeing/ensuring the smooth running of compliance contracts across the big 6 areas of compliance.
To set monthly KPI's and to put in place action plans to ensure regular inspections are carried out and the necessary information is collated.
To ensure fire safety compliance across the housing stock, including planning and implementing recommendations and best practice arising from national reviews, including Hackett and the Housing Green Paper.What's on offer:
£400 per day.
3 month contract, with a view to extend.
