Compliance and Operations Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for Compliance and Operations Co-ordinator to work for a fantastic Southampton based company. This company’s customers are quality and compliance focused and as a result they have to adhere to the highest quality standards. This a really important role where you will take responsibility for compliance and expedite processes. You will be part of a very successful and supporting team. In order to be considered for this role you must have a previous experience in a Quality / Compliance role.

Job Role

This is a busy role where you will be required to take ownership for Quality and Compliance related tasks. Duties will include ensuring Quality/Compliance training is completed successfully, working with customers with regards to deviations, raising non-conformities, root cause analysis, ensuring preventative actions are taking place, producing reports, analysing data, representing the company in compliance meetings and providing admin support to the sales office when required.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be supported by the Quality Manager but will need to have previous experience in a compliance/quality role. This role requires someone who enjoys managing their own workload and is capable of working under pressure. Accuracy is vital in this position so you will need a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be an effective problem solver who is confident dealing with people at all levels. Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge customers is vital. You will also need strong Excel skills.
