About the Role

We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administrators to join our team on a 2-month temporary contract.

Remedial Works Allocation: Collaborate with the HFM Manager to effectively plan and assign remedial tasks for in-house resources.

Diary & Schedule Management: Keep operational diaries, calendars, and schedules continuously updated.

Financial Administration: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as required and ensure orders are properly Goods Receipted in a timely manner.

Data & Document Management: Upload, organize, and save all maintenance paperwork across our CAFM system and online electronic filing systems.
