Location: Gloucester
Contract: Full time/Permanent.
Location: Gloucester
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
Pay rate: £24,000 - £25,000

What will the Compliance Administrator role look like for you?

You will play a key role in ensuring that we have a talented and engaged workforce to deliver the highest quality care to the people we support. You will be overseeing our internal audits for staffing to ensure we are compliant with CQC, our job boards, ensuring we have the best candidates booked in for interviews, administration for interviews and much more.

This is an exciting and ever evolving role, you will collaborate with several different departments within the business from rotas, operations, onboarding and play a vital part in the progression of the company.

The exciting part of this role is you won’t only be resourcing, you will have the voice to input ideas that will be valued and listened to and be involved in the continued and exciting growth of the Recruitment Department.

What we are looking for in a Compliance Administrator:

This role will be suited to a proactive and passionate person who thrives in a busy environment, this is joining a fast-growing recruitment team which leaves the opportunity for not only progression but for you to really make this role your own.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have/be:

Essential:

Working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Experience of working in a recruitment setting.
Experience of compliance procedures.
Working in administration.

Desirable:

Knowledge of the health and social care sector, preferably in supported living.
Previous experience of compliance procedures.
Experience of Access would be advantageous however not essential.
