Are you a dedicated care professional looking to bring positive change to peoples lives? We are looking for complex care worker to join our team to provide high quality support to clients with complex health conditions within thier homes.
In this role you will be assisting clients living with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries or peg feeding.
Key Responsiblities:
* Deliver personalized clinacal and daily care tailored to individual care plans
* Assist clients with routine daily living tasks, personal hygiene, nutritional support and domestic activities and emotional welbeing
* Maintain precise up-to-date care documentation monitoring client health and report changes promptly to care managers
