We are currently looking to recruit a qualified and experienced nurses to become part of its delivery team.
The position provides an opportunity for you to help design and develop a service that delivers complex care services to customers within their own homes.
The role itself has a large amount of autonomy and you will work with the registered operations manager, clinical lead and the Head of Business Development to deliver and develop an outstanding service across Shropshire, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
* Completing Assessments
* Providing delegations to staff
* Spot checks
* Creating care plans
* Monitoring the clinical aspects of all packages of care being
