About the Role:

JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support for a client with complex needs in their own home in Wombourne, Wolverhampton.

The client is active and enjoys going out in the community, so applicants must be confident supporting outings and able to drive the client’s own vehicle. A full UK driving licence is essential.

This is a one-to-one role, allowing you to provide consistent, high-quality, person-centred care.

Minimum requirement: 6 months care experience

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months’ care experience

* Experience working in the community (desirable)

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Good understanding of care plans and their implementation

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Basic IT skills for care documentation

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* A compassionate, caring, and professional approach
