Pay Rate: £17.24 per hour
Hours: Full Time | 35 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday
Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract (Potential to Extend)

Tusker, an award-winning salary sacrifice car scheme provider and part of Lloyds Banking Group, is seeking an experienced Complaints Handler to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected business, managing customer complaints from investigation through to resolution while delivering fair and positive outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing complaints from start to finish.
Investigating customer concerns and gathering evidence.
Speaking with customers, suppliers and third parties.
Making fair and balanced complaint decisions.
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the complaint journey.
Maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards.
What We're Looking For:
Previous complaint handling experience.
Experience managing cases end-to-end.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Confidence handling challenging customer conversations.
Experience within banking, insurance, financial services, utilities, telecommunications, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
FOS experience is advantageous but not essential.No motor industry experience required. We welcome applicants from any regulated complaint-handling background.
