Role - Compensation & Benefits Manager
Pay - £230 - £270 Per day
Location- Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD (4 days in the office, 1 WFH)
Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00 (1 hour unpaid break daily)
Duration- 3 months
Start date - Nov
Responsibilities:

Lead annual pay reviews
*
Ongoing checks and uploads of reports
*
Check & Prepare calculations
*
Salary bench marking
*
Lead annual bonus reviews
Experience needed
*
5 years minimum working in reward or compensation & benefits
*
Someone who is willing to play a hands on role
*
Advanced level of Excel skills (Looks up, pivot tables)
*
Ability to complete data analysis & present findings
*
Working knowledge of KornFerry Hay job evaluation & bench marking (desirable)
