Description:

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our client, a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services in the Financial Services industry. By joining their team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to their mission of helping businesses grow, communities thrive, and people prosper. This is a fantastic chance to work in a culture driven by their people, where innovation and diversity are celebrated and valued.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Reward team, supporting the Compensation Director in managing and delivering all compensation activities within the global broking division. Your role will involve various responsibilities, including managing incentives and bonus plans, overseeing salary and allowances, analysing LTIP and equity plans, and supporting benchmarking activities. You will also contribute to pay reporting and other reward projects as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven record of effectively managing compensation activity, ideally within an international financial services organisation. A strong academic background, proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (especially Excel), and HR systems experience (preferably Oracle) are essential. We are looking for someone with impeccable attention to detail, the ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines, and excellent planning and prioritisation skills. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract position with a daily rate of £300, and you will have the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, spending 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home. If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make a difference, this is the opportunity for you.

To apply, please submit your CV and make sure it highlights your experience and skills relevant to the role. If your application is successful, you can expect to hear from us within 48 hours. Even if you are not selected for this particular position, we may keep your details on file for future opportunities.

At our client's organisation, diversity and inclusivity are at the core of everything they do. They embrace the unique talents and perspectives of each team member and promote a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered. If you are ready to join their team and be part of their mission, apply now!
