TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with ​a multi disciplinary consultancy, who are looking to add a Fire Compartmentation Surveyor to the contract team to complete compartmentation surveys on Birmingham City Council stock.

The role involves completing compartmentation surveys and identifying fire lines on commercial and corporate buildings within the Birmingham City Council stock. This project in particular is currently on a rolling contract and has potential to continue for 3 years at 5 days a week.

As a Compartmentation Surveyor, you will have good knowledge on completing high quality surveys for local authority, have a clean DBS check, and good experience with completing visual inspections of the existing provisions including fire compartmentation in roof voids, floors, walls, basements, floor and ceiling voids, risers, and shafts where present. Required qualifications and experience will include:

* Good record of completing Compartmentation surveys

* experience in local authority and commercial buildings

Current day rate available will be £(Apply online only)/day.
