Company Accountant – Office based Mon-Fri, full-time role near Kings Lynn
All-round accounts position supporting the Managing Director in this well-established property investment company.
Our client is looking for someone who ideally has experience of Sage 50 accounting software and is experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and with preparing and evaluating monthly management and financial feasibility reports.
This is role is ideal for someone local with company accountant experience and who is looking for an opportunity in a busy office as part of a small team. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys all aspects of accounts administration and has initiative and a willingness to adapt.
The Person:
* Company accountant
* Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Knowledge of Sage 50 software
* Able to work on your own initiative
* Strong knowledge of financial management principles
* Experience in accounts payable and credit control
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Local & looking for an office-based role Monday - Friday
The Role:
* Updating of Sage 50 software
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Credit control
* Preparation of VAT returns
* Updating other accounting records
* Control account reconciliations
* Preparation and updating of financial feasibility studies
* Management of company funds in conjunction with company owner
* Payroll
* Other Ad Hoc Duties as required
