Looking for a more rewarding way to teach?
We’re seeking Community Teachers to deliver 1:1 personalised learning to young people outside the traditional classroom. This is a flexible, meaningful role supporting learners with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs to re‑engage with education.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver tailored 1:1 sessions
* Build confidence and re‑engage learners
* Support emotional wellbeing and progress
* Work in community settings (e.g. libraries, local venues)
What We’re Looking For
* QTS or relevant teaching/support experience
* Experience with SEND or SEMH (desirable)
* Patient, adaptable and relationship‑focused
