We are a Supported Living provider looking after a client with Autism and moderate learning disabilities who lives in their own home with their sibling. Work in the beautiful village of Great Wakering with access to our client’s car to enjoy outings in the community together.
This is a lovely role where reassurance, continuity and consistency are vital to their daily routine, and you will be able to make a real difference. Your role as Support Worker will involve one-to-one support, prompting with personal care, preparing food and drinks and medication. You will need a Full UK Driving Licence to drive the client’s car to enable our client’s to attend day centres that they visit several times a week.
If you are an experienced Support Worker who is committed, caring and enthusiastic then this role is made for you.
Various regular shift patterns and rotas available: There are short and long shifts available which include 08:30 – 10:30, 8:30 -15:30, 15:30 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 07:00 (sleep in).

You will need some experience …
