Healthcare Assistant / Community Support Worker – Grimsby
Health Now Complex Care is recruiting caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants / Community Support Workers to join our team and support a new 2:1 community care package in the Grimsby area.
We are looking for people who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care in the community.
Requirements
* Moving & Handling experience and training.
* Full driving licence and access to a car for work.
* Previous care experience.
* PEG experience and training is preferable but not essential.
* A caring, reliable and professional approach.
Shift Information
* Flexible care calls throughout the day, from morning to bedtime.
* 2:1 support, with two carers required for each visit.
* Additional community care hours may be available.
