Salary: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours Available: 24-36 hours per week, various days over week 1 and week 2 weekends - 2:1 support
We are a Supported Living provider who is recruiting additional staff to support one of our clients who has complex needs due to an injury to the spine which has affected his body from the C2, down. Our client has a very friendly border collie dog.
Our client requires clinically trained staff to support with his medical needs which includes tracheostomy, ventilator, suctioning when required, managing catheter and urine output, bowel management and evacuation, managing pressure areas, full support for his mobility, emotional and mental wellbeing.
You will support and assist our client to access their favourite activities which includes gaming, nights out and holidays abroad. A full UK driving license is essential as you will be required to drive the client’s vehicle.

You will need some experience …
To apply for this role, you will need to have at least 1 year’s previous experience in the care sector, and preferably supporting individual(s) with physical disabilities, clinical experience, excellent communication skills, experience of Aspergers, Tracheostomy Care, Suctioning, Bowel Management.
