About the role
* You will assess the needs of individuals and develop plans to meet those needs.
* It is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be female as you will assist with personal care needs, ‘permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010’
* Support with budgeting,
* Menu planning,
* Shopping,
* Cooking
* Domestic tasks.
* Attend appointments with health care professionals,
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with friends and family.
* Provide support in accessing facilities within the community.
Essential -
-Having the use of a car,
- Full driving license
-Business Class 1 Insurance
Working Rota:
* Flexible working rota which includes sleep-in duties as required, paid at £42.50 per night,
