Are you a compassionate and skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the mental health sector? We are currently working with an NHS Trust based in Watford who require a Band 6 CPN to work within their Working Age Adult community Mental Health Team on an ongoing temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, interventions, and treatments to clients within the community.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring individualised and holistic care.
Offer support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting self-management and recovery.
Coordinate and liaise with various healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to ensure continuity of care.
Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of service delivery through participation in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Post-registration experience working within mental health settings, preferably in community psychiatric nursing.
Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing person-centred care and promoting recovery-oriented practices.
