COMMUNITY OFFICER
Full-time 37 hours per week
Salary up to £33,336 per annum

As part of our commitment to our customers and the community we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent people and communication skills to join the Community Engagement Team.
The community officer will facilitate an established approach to engaging our customers and representing the communities we serve. Using a range of data sources and feedback from customers, you will enable customer engagement that will influence service delivery and effect positive change to communities. An understanding of customer and community involvement with the ability to work alongside and motivate our customers is essential.
The successful candidate will:
* Have proven ability of community engagement work
* The ability to engage with people from all backgrounds and strong networking skills
* Be able to prioritise workload and to work to deadlines.
* Have a good knowledge of customer and community participation.
* Be able to collate & read data to determine actions for projects within a community based on different sources of information
* Have good organisational skills
* Be confident and flexible approach
* Have the ability to use your initiative and manage your own time.
