Locum Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist (Physical Health)
Accommodation available on site - Travel to and from the Island paid for.
* Previous experience working in a community occupational therapy service. Requires knowledge of assessment and treatment interventions within a community setting.
* To perform a specialist community occupational therapy role with disabled adults who have complex health, social and housing needs. This is predominately with patients who have physical disabilities, but also may include those with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
* To provide effective; evidence based Occupational Therapy assessment; treatment/intervention; follow up and consultancy services to patients with a physical disability within a range of community settings.
* Must be HCPC Registered
