Description:
Hanson Grey are offering a variety of shifts for Community Nurses. You will work within the Community team to provide care to patients discharged from the hospital and have an important and valuable relationship with them.

Rates £24 – £30per hour.
Hanson Grey agency requirements
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
• Valid NMC registration, RCM or Unison membership
• At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Nursing Sector
• Met our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and updated CV
• Proof of right to work within the UK
