Banding/Grade: Band 5

Pay Rate: £26.50 - £32 per hour (assignment rate)

Days/Nights - £26.50 per hour
Saturdays - £28 per hour
Sundays - £32 per hour
Job Type & Hours: This trust has multiple shifts available, catering for flexible working and giving you the opportunity to workdays, nights or weekends giving you the work life balance that you require.

However, there also block-booking available on a contractual basis.

Requirements of the Community Nurse:

Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Minimum of 2 of experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a community or home healthcare setting in the UK.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
Ability to work autonomously and make sound nursing judgments.
Proficiency in wound care, medication administration, and other clinical procedures relevant to community nursing practice.
Knowledge of community resources and social services available to support patients' needs.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of patients and their communities.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purpose.
