Band 6 Community Nurse – NHS Community Hospitals | Sussex | Flexible Agency Shifts

Essential Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse.
* Previous NHS Community Nursing experience.
* Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
* Business-use motor insurance for community visits.
Required Clinical Skills
* Male, Female and Suprapubic Catheterisation, including blocked catheter management.
* Insulin administration (Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes).
* Compression Bandaging.
* Pleurex/Rocket Drain management.
* Phlebotomy.
* Syringe Driver set-up.
* Verification of Expected Death.
* Wound Care.
* Adult Safeguarding within community settings.
