Overview:
 
An Exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the UK’s leading financial communities and we are partnering to find an experienced Community Manager to account manage senior decision making partners from global top financial organisations which will create and improve a community that will help keep ahead of key industry trends within their companies and develop further professionally.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and engage high caliber and relevant individuals to bring into the community.
Take ownership of one of the global communities, account managing members to create individual, curated experiences - including digital boardrooms, breakfast and dinner meetings, in-person events and editorial content.
Conduct in depth interviews, both over the phone and in person to understand members needs and priorities.
Confirm members attendance for our annual member events, as well as for bespoke meetings in association with our partners.
Work as part of the wider team to deliver world class business intelligence products and curated experiences for members and partners.
Achieve KPIs and targets set to both grow and engage the community. 
Essential Skills & Experience:

Comfortable with cold calling and being on the phone for new member outreach and relationship building to recruit and account manage members.
A natural networker; sociable, comfortable, and interested in other people - relationship building and managing members is a core element of the role.
Goal driven with a proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets and KPI's
Outgoing and open-minded, possessing intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn new trends
Persistent in your approach to finding solutions and readily engaging with challenges
An excellent communicator- both verbal and written
Willing to learn and grow

£30-40,000 depending on experience.
