Job description:
Athona's Nursing division is currently recruiting for a Community Health Support Worker for an ongoing booking for an opportunity based in Berkshire. You will be working day shifts as a Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker for an NHS Trust. The role will involve you working within a Learning Disabilities setting that requires an individual who has recent NHS experience and relevant previous experience working in this type of position.
The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 months. The hours of work for this role are ongoing.
To be considered for this post applicants will need:
Full NMC registration
Enhanced DBS
Previous Learning Disabilities experience
Car driver essential
Potential to work from home 1 day a week.
