Description:

Are you an inspiring community fundraising leader with a track record of empowering regional networks, committees, and volunteers?

This charity has provided crucial practical, financial and emotional support to the farming community in this country for over 150 years. Having delivered nearly £250 million in direct aid over the last 25 years and thousands of free counselling sessions.

You will lead a team to transform regional fundraising frameworks, modernise volunteer committee models, and scale successful local initiatives nationally. And we all know, it's never been more important to support British Farmers - so we need you!

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week at the charity's HQ on the outskirts of Oxford and pays a salary of circa £40-42,000 plus £2,500 car allowance.

You will be developing the community fundraising strategy for this agricultural charity, and line managing a regional fundraising team.

Also empower local committees, volunteers and societies with tools and training, plus plan and execute national community campaigns, raffles, prize draws, and other events.

Therefore it's important that you have experience in community fundraising management, fundraising regulations, team leadership, and engaging with volunteers and community groups.

There is an excellent benefits package on offer with this role including 28 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% pension, life assurance cover and access to a range of health and wellbeing services.

Knowledge of the agricultural sector or rural communities would be really useful given the nature of this charity. Interested? Apply today
