Nightingale Homecare is looking for dedicated Community Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to people in their own homes in Seaford, Saltdean, Peacehaven and Newhaven.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by:
* Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respect
* Supporting clients with medication administration
* Assisting with daily routines and personal wellbeing
* Preparing meals and drinks
* Carrying out light household duties
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and community activities
* Promoting clients' health, safety, wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Every visit gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
* Caring, kind and compassionate
* Reliable and committed
* Excellent communicators with a positive attitude
* Available to work weekdays and alternate weekends
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (essential)
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
