My client a regional construction contractor with multiple offices across the southern region. Are currently seeking to employ on a permanent basis a Communications Officer with solid experience within the construction industry. Ideally, based around the Hampshire/ Surrey region. Working on a wide variety of projects including new build, restoration and refurbishment schemes up to the value of £60M.

Key Accountability's:

Produce and carry out communications material to promote the work of the contractor.
Plan & carry out social events, to promote the business.
Regularly visit projects to obtain updates & images to share online on their website ad social media platforms.
Produce communications & social engagement plans.

Conscientiously delivers for customers and stakeholders.
Be an ambassador for the business.
Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.

About You:

Previous experience within the construction industry and within a communications-based role.
Effective communicator with strong presentation and report writing skills.
Past experience within a client facing role.
Ability to liaise with staff and operatives at all levels. Benefits:
