Role Title: Communications Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Northampton / Hybrid (2 days on site per week)
Rate: £335/d - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary

Proven communications experience and expertise with excellent writing skills.
Delivers complex messages in a clear and compelling way, working at pace, to tight deadlines.
Ability to think strategically, creatively and solve problems
Able to translate Technology objectives into integrated, targeted communications plans
Relationship building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across businesses and geographies to achieve buy-in to strategy, programmes and activity.
Effective planner, with strong organisational & prioritisation skills, able to influence and negotiate
Commercial acumen and business knowledge; understands banking strategy and organisational structures, business leadership teams and strategic priorities
