Have excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills—with heightened attention to detail and an ability to effectively communicate complex and fact-based subject matter to a range of audiences.
Have a proactive, self starter mentality, along with a drive and determination for high performance
Have a passion and interest in sustainability and the value creation it can deliver
Possess a hybrid communications skillset to build and expand AccountAbility’s brand and digital presence.
Be an incredible project manager, communicator and problem solver
Serve as the firm’s brand ambassador, ensuring all communications efforts align with brand guidelines and leading practices in communications, public relations, social media, user experience, and digital marketing.In return the successful Communications and Marketing Manager will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:

A Competitive base salary, likely within the $90,000 - $130,000 range
Discretionary yearly bonus based on firm, practice/geography, and individual performance
