Aylin White have been approached by a Commissioning consultancy who are looking for a Commissioning Lead to join their commercial project in South-East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commissioning Manager to join a flagship project with the opportunity for longer term work.
THE COMPANY
* A Commissioning consultancy who work primarily in the commercial and residential sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE COMMISSIONING MANAGER:
* The Commissioning Manager will work closely as part of the main contractor’s team in developing commissioning strategies, processes and scope of works.
* The Commissioning manager will carry out measurements, surveys and other technical inspections
* Manage and validate the commissioning process
* Inspecting existing systems and evaluate performance.
* Communicate with clients
COMMISSIONING MANAGER SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:
* Ideally degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services (if electrically-biased, must have good knowledge of mechanical)
* Experience working on high value commercial projects
* Confidence and comfort in communicating directly with clients and managing client meetings
* Several years of experience as a Commissioning Manager/ managing the Commissioning process
