Are you an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer looking to take ownership of technically challenging building management systems across commercial and industrial environments?

Do you have strong commissioning and fault-finding experience with Trend and Schneider systems, and want to develop your technical expertise through funded training and a tailored personal development plan?

This role would suit an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer looking for long-term stability, technical development and the opportunity to work within a supportive team while maintaining a degree of autonomy in the field.

The Role:

Commission and optimise BEMS across commercial and industrial sites
Configure, programme and troubleshoot Trend and Schneider control systems
Carry out functional testing, site inspections and system assessments
Diagnose complex faults and resolve commissioning issues
Work with clients and project teams to deliver effective control solutions
Provide technical support and produce commissioning documentation

The Person:

BEMS commissioning and troubleshooting experience
Working knowledge of Trend and Schneider systems
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems and control strategies
Experience configuring and programming BEMS hardware and software
Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus or other communication protocols advantageous
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
