Commissioning Engineer

I am looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to work in the East Sussex area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.

Contract: Freelance
Rate: £430 - £450

Duties will include:
Carry out Commissioning Engineers R&R's and deliver schemes in a safe compliant manner
Attend commissioning systems inductions and toolbox talks.
Liaise with the Design team to ensure plant commissioning requirements are incorporated at design stage and included in appropriate scope of works.
Review of design deliverables, including FDS, equipment and instrument lists, P&IDs, control philosophy and telemetry requirements
Ensuring the development of the Project Commissioning Plan, Commissioning Strategy and Commissioning documentation are completed in a timely manner and meets with the project scope and deliverables.
Liaise with sub-contractors regarding commissioning deliverables and interfaces.
Assist Training Coordinators in compilation of training deliverables and engage in SW Training sessions.
Distribute Commissioning Log / Daily Diary's and any other information from Engineers.
Liaise with the complete scheme delivery team.Skills Required:
CSCS card
A valid clean UK driving license
Water hygiene card (blue water card)
Ability to work as part of a project team
Experience working in the water treatment industryTraining Requirements
CSCS card or ECS card in an appropriate discipline
EUSR National Water Hygiene Card
SMSTS (preferred) with SSSTS (minimum)
