About Our Client: Our client is a leading automation company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge automation solutions. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and functionality of our automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technologies. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical aspects of automation.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to understand system requirements and design specifications.
Conduct hands-on commissioning activities, including system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Configure and program HMIs and PLCs to meet project specifications.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues during commissioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as needed. Qualifications:
Relevant vocation training or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of four years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on HMI and PLC technologies.
Proven expertise in electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical aspects of automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:
Experience with HMI and PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Festo, Codesys and Siemens.
Knowledge of 6 Axis Robot Systems.
