Description:
Our client is seeking an ambitious controls biased Commissioning Engineer, to form part of a dedicated team whose primary focus is to transition our manufacturing equipment from completion of build through to customer inspection and sign-off.
The commissioning phase can often present a variety of challenges that are especially prevalent when building bespoke equipment to satisfy their diverse customer base. This position does involve UK wide and International travel.
The successful applicant for this position will need to show:
Experience of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) using software such as Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Festo, Codesys and Siemens.
Relevant vocation training or completion of a recognised apprenticeship in electrical and/or mechanical discipline.
Proven electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical experience within the manufacturing industry.
