Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced commissioning engineer and is field-based. The engineer will be responsible for commissioning, performing routine planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and conducting performance checks on the company's product range. The position requires travel to various sites, liaising with end users and contractors to efficiently carry out the necessary tasks while adhering to the company's health & safety and quality procedures. Completion of reports and paperwork is also required.
Comprehensive training will be provided, but the ideal candidate should have experience in the commissioning and maintenance of ventilation systems, both mechanically and electrically. A working technical knowledge of equivalent products is desirable. A company vehicle and all necessary tools and equipment will be provided.
Professional Experience
* A commissioning engineer with experience in ventilation systems, including knowledge of HVAC control sy stems such as BACnet.
* Understanding of the implementation of safety regulations. SSSTS/SMSTS certification is preferable, but a CSCS Blue skilled worker card is a minimum requirement.
Education
* Qualified in electrical installation or electronic engineering to NVQ level 3 or similar, with 18th edition certification desirable.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
