Are you an experienced Sales Representative, Business Development Manager or Commercial Sales Professional with a strong network of contacts? This is an excellent opportunity to work on a commission-only basis, generating domestic & commercial Solar PV opportunities across England and earning up to 10% commission on the value of projects you bring in. This role is perfect for a motivated salesperson who already has a strong black book of commercial contacts and wants uncapped earning potential without the restrictions of a traditional employed sales role.
Our client is an established and rapidly growing renewable energy business specialising in domestic & commercial Solar PV installations, supporting businesses looking to reduce energy costs and improve their sustainability. With the technical, design and installation capabilities already in place, you will be able to focus on what you do best, opening doors, developing relationships and winning new business. This is a genuinely autonomous opportunity where your existing network and ability to generate opportunities can translate directly into significant earnings.
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:* Generating new commercial Solar PV opportunities through your existing network, relationships and proactive business development
* Building relationships with business owners, directors and key decision-makers to identify suitable solar projects
* Qualifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements and progressing projects through the sales process
* Working closely with the technical and delivery teams to convert qualified opportunities into contracted projects
The successful Commission-Only Sales Representative should have:* Proven B2B, commercial sales or business development experience
* An established black book of commercial clients, contacts or decision-makers
* Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
* A self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach to working on a commission-only basis
