Commis Chef at The Breakfast Club, London St. Pancras Pay Rate: £11.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your pay rate to £12.80 per hour.
Shift pattern: Between 5am and 11pm.
Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

Helping with deliveries.
Preparing meats and vegetables.
Assisting fellow chefs.
Assisting in stock rotation.
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Effective time management for preparation and food service.
Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
