Achieve and surpass sales targets aligned with KPIs

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
Proven experience in high-volume vehicle sales within the motor trade industry 
Full UK driving licence held for at least six months, with fewer than nine penalty points
Excellent communication skills, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Demonstrable ability to prospect and convert profitable business
Strong self-management skills, with proactive ownership of responsibilities
