Their innovative platform replaces traditional barriers, tickets and payment machines with a seamless, automated parking experience, helping organisations increase revenue, enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs.

With significant growth plans across the UK, they are seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to win and develop strategic accounts across airports, parking operators, retail destinations, commercial estates and other high-footfall environments.

The Role

This is a strategic new business position focused on selling transformation rather than technology alone.

You will engage senior decision-makers and help organisations modernise their parking operations, delivering measurable commercial outcomes through digital innovation.

Key focus areas include:

* Revenue growth and yield optimisation

* Operational efficiency improvements

* Cost reduction initiatives

* Customer experience enhancement

* Digital transformation of parking operations

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business opportunities within major parking operators, airports and large destination sites.

* Build relationships with Commercial Directors, Operations Leaders, Asset Managers and Estate Management stakeholders.

* Develop strategic account plans and generate new business pipeline.

* Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through to contract award.

* Present compelling ROI-led business cases to senior stakeholders.

* Negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements.

* Represent the business at industry events and customer engagements.

About You

You are a commercially focused business development professional who excels at winning complex opportunities and influencing senior decision-makers.

You'll likely have:

* A strong track record in new business sales and strategic account acquisition.

* Background in parking management/parking technology.

* Experience selling into large, multi-stakeholder organisations.

* Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate commercial value and return on investment.

* Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value opportunities.

* The confidence to engage and influence senior commercial and operational stakeholders.

Why Join?

* Opportunity to join a fast-growing European technology organisation.

* Sell a genuinely innovative solution with proven market adoption.

* Work with some of the UK's most recognisable operators, airports and destination venues.

* High-profile role with significant earning and career progression potential.

* Be part of a business delivering meaningful digital transformation across a traditional industry
