Role: Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive, Basingstoke
£40,000-£45,000 DOE
Our client, a leading law firm based in Basingstoke, is seeking to hire an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team. This is a permanent, full-time position within an award-winning law firm.

As an experienced Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, your responsibilities may include handling property transactions, providing legal advice to clients, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court if required. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of commercial property law and a strong attention to detail.
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solicitor/Cilex Lawyer, with a focus on commercial property. You must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as autonomously, is essential.
