South Yorkshire
Salary negotiable to £55k

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property to join a boutique firm in South Yorkshire and set up a new commercial property department.

The firm is admired for their property knowledge and is excited to be moving to the next stage of their planned growth. Joining the team, you will manage a case load of commercial property matters alongside looking at the growth of the department, recruitment, marketing and business development. You will join the senior management team and have a key role in promoting the firm and the new commercial property department through your contacts, networking and planned marketing.

The ideal candidate will be well- versed in Commercial Property and be willing to support and guide the team, bringing knowledge to the table.
Applications are invited from commercial property solicitors 5 years PQE upwards who are looking for more autonomy and who will relish the opportunity to set up and develop and department.
