Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview:
You will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, working closely with Partners and senior lawyers while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
• Managing a varied commercial property caseload
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Handling landlord and tenant matters
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and related documentation
• Supporting on complex and high-value property transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
• Delivering excellent levels of client care
Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients desirable
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage matters independently while working as part of a team
